A Canadian judge, her lawyer husband and the law firm that both previously worked for face lawsuits that allege misfeasance in public office, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.  Incorporated in the lawsuit were sexually explicit photos if the judge that were allegedly posted to the Internet without her knowledge.
