Most parents would find it hard to imagine that their pre-teen child would be paying to see naked photos of their classmates. So imagine the surprise of parents in Bethesda, MD when they got word that their children were passing around photos of girl students from their middle school and another local high school. The photos, which appreared to be taken on school property, were stored on a student's iPod Touch and access to them were sold to other students.

The man, Thomas Montegomery, used a picture outdated by 30 years and the woman, a stay-at-home mother, sent pictures of her daughter.
