Vacation Photos Posted on Facebook Lead to a Lawsuit

After a three-week trip to Europe, former high-school teacher Ashley Payne posted her vacation pictures on Facebook-pictures that included her holding wine and beer. Soon after they were published online, Ms. Payne was called into the Principal’s office and allegedly forced to resign based on an anonymous complaint about the photos and comments that were posted online. She has since filed a lawsuit against the school district.
